Dorsett (hamstring) practiced fully Thursday.

Analysis:

Dorsett is thus on track to to play Sunday against the Chiefs, while fellow wideout Donte Moncrief, who was limited at practice Thursday, is also eying a Week 8 return. We'll circle back on the duo's status Friday, but it looks like the Colts' wideout corps is about to welcome some reinforcements to the mix this weekend.
