Bengals' Andrew Whitworth: Doesn't practice Wednesday

Whitworth (concussion) sat out of Wednesday's practice, Geoff Hobson of Bengals.com reports.

Analysis:

Whitworth will need to clear the league's concussion protocol Thursday in order to board the plane for London with a matchup against the Redskins on Sunday awaiting. Jake Fisher or Eric Winston figures to replace Whitworth in the starting lineup if he's ruled out.
