Report: Seahawks release C.J. Spiller

The Seattle Seahawks have released running back C.J. Spiller, according to multiple reports.

With C.J. Prosise returning to full health, Spiller became dispensable.

Spiller was signed by the Seahawks after being released from the New Orleans Saints following Week 1. He appeared in two games for the Seahawks, playing sparingly.
