Buccaneers' Louis Murphy: Suffers setback

Murphy (knee) suffered a setback last week that is keeping him from practicing, Jenna Laine of ESPN.com reports.

Analysis:

Murphy's setback is not related to the torn ACL he suffered last October, which is good news in terms of avoiding any kind of serious issue at this point. However, his status for Sunday's game against the Raiders doesn't currently look too promising, as he remains on the PUP list. Meanwhile, the Buccaneers could use an additional weapon in the aerial attack sooner rather than later in the wake of Vincent Jackson's knee injury.
