Norman (concussion) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice.
Analysis:
Norman still hasn't been cleared for Week 8 against the Bengals in London, but he'll meet with his independent doctor on Thursday to assess the concussion situation and ultimately decide if he'll fly with the team, according to NFL Network's Aditi Kinkhabwala. If he's unable to play, Quinton Dunbar figures to step into the starting lineup at cornerback.
