Steelers' Eli Rogers: Active but doesn't play in Week 7

Rogers was active but did not see the field Sunday against the Patriots.

Analysis:

Antonio Brown, Darrius Heyward-Bey and Cobi Hamilton led the Steelers' wideout corps in snaps Sunday. Considering the injured Sammie Coates (finger) was the only other pass catcher to see the field -- despite there being nothing to suggest Rogers is also operating at less than full strength -- the Louisville product appears to have fallen out of favor with the Pittsburgh coaching staff.
