Browns' Randall Telfer: Back in action Sunday

Telfer (ankle) is active for Sunday's matchup in Cincinnati.

Analysis:

Following a two-game absence, Telfer will return to the Browns after logging a full week of limited practice sessions. Through the first four games of the season, Telfer's highest snap count was 23, so don't expect him to cut significantly into the workload of starter Gary Barnidge.
