Suh avoids expected fine for alleged kick on Roethlisberger

Steve Mitchell / USA TODAY Sports

Ndamukong Suh has made some egregious plays in his NFL career, but an alleged kick against the Pittsburgh Steelers last Sunday wasn't one of them.

The Steelers reportedly requested the NFL review the fourth-quarter play that saw Suh's leg make contact with Ben Roethlisberger's right knee. The Miami Dolphins defensive tackle was not fined for the incident.

With Suh's history of attempting to injure players, particularly with his feet, many jumped to the conclusion that his actions were going to be deemed malicious. Some Steelers fans even jumped to the conclusion that Suh caused Roethlisberger's meniscus injury, which actually occurred earlier in the game and to the other knee.
