Falcons' C.J. Goodwin: Sidelined Wednesday

Goodwin (hamstring) was a non-participant at the Falcons' practice Wednesday, Vaughn McClure of ESPN reports.

Analysis:

Goodwin sustained the hamstring injury in Sunday's loss to the Seahawks, a game in which he recorded one tackle. His status going forward will need to be monitored, but Jalen Collins figures to step up in a back-up role if Goodwin is forced to sit out in Week 7.
