Cowboys' Dez Bryant: Showing improved mobility

Head coach Jason Garrett noted Wednesday that Bryant (knee) is "moving around better and better," Kate Hairopoulos of the Dallas Morning News reports.

Analysis:

Bryant was unable to catch, though, following a faux pas in the kitchen. According to Jane Slater of NFL Network, Bryant had bandages on the middle and index fingers of his right hand due to cuts made while slicing carrots for soup. Really. Bryant himself told Clarence Hill of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram that the issue is minor, and with a Week 7 bye on tap, the wide receiver will continue to rehab his right knee with an aim for active status the next weekend against the Eagles.
