Panthers' Cam Newton: Cleared to play Sunday

Newton (concussion) was cleared by an independent neurologist and will play in Sunday's Week 6 matchup with the Saints.

This announcement comes as more of a formality than anything after Newton practiced in full on Thursday and Friday.
