Cowboys' Dez Bryant: Limited practice Wednesday

Bryant (knee) practiced on a limited basis Wednesday, David Helman of the Cowboys' official site reports.

Analysis:

Contained to a pre-practice walk-through and individual drills, Bryant made his first appearance at practice since injuring his right knee on Sep. 25 against the Bears. He wasn't wearing a wrap or brace on the knee, according to Jon Machota of the Dallas Morning News, and Machota himself was of the belief that Bryant's activity level didn't warrant a limited designation. Clearly, a return to the practice field is encouraging, but the Cowboys could still take a prudent approach and opt to hold out their No. 1 wideout in Week 6, given that their bye looms in Week 7.
