Buccaneers' Roberto Aguayo: Successful on only kick in Week 4 loss

Aguayo made his only kick, an extra-point attempt, in Sunday's 27-7 loss to the Broncos.

Analysis:

The rookie kicker didn't have an opportunity to gain some confidence on field goals, as the Broncos stalwart defense made consistent drives hard to come by. Aguayo's successful point-after attempt is certainly a positive -- at this stage, any made kick is a confidence builder for a first-year player still trying to develop consistency -- but the true measure of the second-round pick's long-term viability in the league will be his ability to hit his stride on field goals of varying distances. He'll hope for more opportunities to contribute in the Week 5 tilt against the Panthers.
