Weddle exited the Ravens' Week 4 loss to the Raiders with a concussion.

Analysis:

Weddle only notched one tackle before leaving and now will enter the NFL's concussion protocol in advance of Week 5. He should be considered questionable to play at this point, but his participation in practice throughout the week will shed more light on the situation.
