Analysis:
What West is able to do at practice Friday will be telling with regard to his status for Sunday night's game against the Steelers, but these days he's behind Spencer Ware (with Jamaal Charles working back from a knee injury) in the Chiefs' RB pecking order, which limits West's fantasy value to deeper formats.
