Watkins (foot) was not spotted at Thursday's practice, according to Mike Rodak of ESPN.com.

Analysis:

Watkins could get some work in behind the scenes Thursday, but early signs point to him sitting out for the second day in a row. Watkins was held out of practice all last week yet was not ruled out until Sunday, so a decision on his Week 4 availability will not necessarily depend on his participation in practice over the next couple days. However, he would certainly help his chances if he is able to get some work in by the end of Friday's session.
