Saints' Vaccaro fine with Beckham's hit, 'feels bad' about 36K fine

New Orleans Saints safety Kenny Vaccaro expressed his sympathy for New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. on Wednesday.

Beckham was fined $36,000 after delivering an illegal hit on Vaccaro during their Week 2 encounter.

"I didn't care, it's football. I do that to people all the time - not after the play, though," Vaccaro said to ESPN's Mike Triplett. "Me and Odell are cool. He kind of came up to me and said sorry two plays later, that he just kind of got into the game. But it wasn't a big deal to me.

"I kind of feel bad it was $36,000, that's a lot of money. It wasn't that serious."
