Cardinals' Michael Floyd: Limited practice Wednesday

Floyd (concussion) was limited at practice Wednesday, Mike Jurecki of FOX Sports 910 Phoenix reports.

Analysis:

After emerging from Sunday's loss at Buffalo with a concussion, Floyd has breezed through the NFL's protocol for head injuries. As evidence, head coach Bruce Arians stated Wednesday that Floyd completed Wednesday's practice in a yellow non-contact jersey, according to Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site. Floyd must receive clearance from an independent neurologist in order to take part in all activity, but considering the progress made already, he could back up Arians' optimism outlook from Tuesday in which he stated a belief the wide receiver could reach that point by Thursday.
