Gates (hamstring) did not practice Wednesday.

Analysis:

If Gates is unable to recover in time for Sunday's game against the Saints, Hunter Henry -- who caught all five of his targets for 76 yards while playing all 59 of the Chargers' Week 3 snaps on offense -- would once again be in line for an expanded role this weekend.
