After recording just nine tackles over his first two games, Collins broke out with a 14-tackle performance while picking off a pass for the second week in a row. He's already matched his career high in interceptions, and if he keeps posting games like this, he could reach the 116 tackles he registered in 2014. He also has one sack on the year after notching 9.5 over his last two seasons. In his fourth season, he could still be a player on the rise and worth a look in IDP leagues.
