Patriots' Jimmy Garoppolo: Available at start of practice

Garoppolo (shoulder) and Jacoby Brissett (thumb) were both present for the start of Tuesday's practice, ESPN.com reports.

Analysis:

While a return after just three days off was clearly too much to ask, Garoppolo could be ready to face Buffalo on Sunday, two weeks after spraining the AC joint in his right shoulder. It seems the Patriots expect Garoppolo and/or Brissett to be available, as the team hasn't made a roster move at quarterback since Thursday's win over the Texans. In any case, there's only one more game left for the taking, with Tom Brady set to return from his suspension in Week 5.
