Injury Roundup: Chargers lose another starter; Wilson banged up again

Another spate of serious injuries struck the league Sunday, and the Chargers were hit once again with the major loss of a starter.

Veterans Manti Te'o and DeAngelo Hall are likely both done for the season, and they weren't the only ones to go down in Week 3.

Here's a roundup of some notable names that suffered injuries:

Russell Wilson, Seahawks
Said he intends to play in Week 4 despite sustaining a knee injury.

Dez Bryant, Cowboys
Has a sprained knee, according to the team, and is set to undergo an MRI on Monday.

Manti Te'o, Chargers
A non-contact Achilles injury looks like it will end Te'o's season.

DeAngelo Hall, Redskins
Appears to have torn ACL. Still set for MRI.

Eli Apple, Giants
A hamstring injury forced Apple from Sunday's loss.

Jordan Cameron, Dolphins
Left game to be evaluated for a concussion and never returned. Has dealt with multiple concussions over the past two seasons.

Vernon Butler, Panthers
Suffered a high ankle sprain. The first-round pick has played limited snaps during his rookie season.

Ryan Kalil, Panthers
Said he had a "stinger" and was OK after the game.

Lawrence Timmons, Steelers
Transported to the hospital with a shin injury. Released after evaluation and rejoined the team after the game.

Alex Boone, 49ers
Carted off field with a hip injury. Was officially questionable to return, but did not play in the second half.

Jared Cook, Packers
Suffered ankle injury versus Lions. Spotted in a walking boot after the game.

Brandon Flowers, Chargers
Suffered concussion. Will have to pass through protocol before a return.

Jimmie Ward, 49ers
Will get an MRI after leaving Week 3 with a quad injury.

La'el Collins, Cowboys
Left Sunday's game with a foot sprain. Did not return.

Jeremy Langford, Bears
Carted to the locker room with an ankle injury. Did not return and left the locker room in a walking boot.

Menelik Watson, Raiders
Not able to return to Sunday's win over the Titans with a right leg injury.
