It might just be one half, but the Green Bay Packers and their fans might be able to relax about their offense.

After two games of struggles on that side of the ball (and following a 2015 season of poor offensive play) Aaron Rodgers and the Packers exploded in the first half of Sunday's game against the Detroit Lions.

The veteran quarterback threw four touchdown passes to put Green Bay up 31-10, with two of those going to receiver Jordy Nelson.

One half of outstanding play doesn't mean the Packers' offense and their deep-set issues are fixed. Rodgers has not played anywhere near the MVP-level that fans have grown accustomed to, but he remains one of the league's elite players. He reminded the NFL world of that on Sunday.
