Packers' Martinez reopens nasty gash, keeps on playing

Green Bay Packers rookie Blake Martinez looked like an old-school linebacker during Sunday's game against the Detroit Lions, playing with blood streaming down his face.

Martinez was eventually forced to the locker room to stitch up the gash on his nose that was initially sustained in Week 2. He is expected to return.
