Analysis:

Injured on the first play of the Packers' fourth drive, Cook was unable to corral an Aaron Rodgers pass at the 11:40 mark of the second quarter. With one catch (on three targets) for 15 yards at the time of his departure, Cook could remain sidelined as a precautionary measure following minor foot surgery in May.
