Ravens' Elvis Dumervil: Inactive for Sunday's game

Dumervil (foot) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Jaguars, Jamison Hensley of ESPN reports.

Analysis:

Dumervil has now missed the Ravens' first three games due to a continuing recovery from offseason surgery. There was hope earlier in the week that the veteran would be able to go Week 3, but the Ravens are clearly taking a cautious approach with him and his ailment. Za'Darius Smith and Albert McClellan figure to see plenty of added work in Dumervil's absence.
