The Buffalo Bills are reportedly still holding out hope that wide receiver Sammy Watkins will suit up Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals despite a nagging foot injury.

Watkins will be a true game-time decision and is said to be 50-50 about playing, according to Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports.

Head coach Rex Ryan revealed Friday that Watkins experienced a setback after his foot was stepped on during a walk-through, and made it clear the Bills' No. 1 target was unlikely to play.

"Odds probably not real good that he plays," Ryan said. "If he feels good and (is) up to it he will. Don't officially count him out."

The positive report could mean Watkins is feeling better than expected. The Bills' 30th-ranked passing offense could certainly use him to help keep up with the Cardinals' high-octane attack.
