Browns' Patrick Murray: Headed to IR

Murray (knee) was placed on IR by the Browns on Saturday, Mary Cabot of Cleveland.com reports.

Analysis:

Murray's left knee injury opened the door for the signing of kicker Cody Parkey to the Browns, who'll take over the kicking duties Sunday against the Dolphins. Murray is no stranger to knee injuries, having torn his ACL of the same leg two years ago.
