Browns' Cody Parkey: Signed by Browns

Parkey was signed by the Browns on Saturday, Mary Cabot of Cleveland.com reports.

Analysis:

Parkey's signing with the Browns was expected after fellow kicker Patrick Murray was placed on IR with a left knee injury, leaving the team in need of a replacement. Throughout two seasons in the NFL, Parkey has made 35 field goals in 40 attempts and he also has yet to miss an extra point.
