Dolphins' Jay Ajayi: Slated to start Sunday

Ajayi is expected to start Sunday against the Browns in teammate Arian Foster's (groin) absence, ESPN's James Walker reports.

Analysis:

Ajayi's first career start will come after he rushed five times for 14 yards and caught four passes for 31 yards last weekend against the Patriots. That followed him being left home for the season opener in Seattle, but Ajayi has seemingly redeemed himself enough to claim the Dolphins' first-team job for this Sunday. Although Miami's running game is averaging just 3.7 yards per rush and rookie Kenyan Drake should share touches Sunday, Ajayi has a good opportunity to improve his stock by potentially helping the Dolphins earn their first win Sunday.
