Falcons' Julio Jones: Still expected to play despite practice absence
Although Jones (calf) will not practice Friday, head coach Dan Quinn still expects the wideout to play in Monday's game against New Orleans, D. Orlando Ledbetter of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
Analysis:
Despite starting the practice week with consecutive absences, Jones is seemingly on track for Monday's dream matchup against the leaky New Orleans secondary. Owners would still like to see him participate in Saturday's practice, if only in a limited capacity.
