Short (shoulder) has officially been listed as questionable to play in Week 3.

Though Short has been listed as questionable, head coach Ron Rivera said that he would be playing, Panthers' writer Bryan Strickland reports. If he's limited at all look for vernon Butler and Paul Soliai to see extra snaps.
