Denver Broncos linebacker DeMarcus Ware suffered a forearm fracture during Sunday's 34-20 win over the Indianapolis Colts, head coach Gary Kubiak confirmed.

Although the team didn't set a timetable, the nine-time Pro Bowler is expected to miss three-to-four weeks, Pro Football Talk reported.

Ware will undergo further tests Monday to determine whether surgery is necessary. If he's unable to play through the injury, Shane Ray will likely take his place in the starting lineup.

Ware recorded one tackle during Sunday's game.
