Panthers' Cam Newton: Lights up the scoreboard Sunday

Newton racked up 353 yards and four touchdowns through the air, completing 24 of 40 passing attempts during Sunday's win over the 49ers. He also carried the ball six times for 37 yards, but turned the ball over twice.

Analysis:

Newton put up quite a performance as he led the Panthers on their way to 46 points against a struggling 49ers defense. His day was highlighted by a 78-yard strike to tight end Greg Olsen during the second quarter, and he also hit No. 1 receiver Kelvin Benjamin seven times for 108 yards and two touchdowns. Newton has a bit more of a challenge next week against the Vikings, but he'll remain one of the top fantasy options at quarterback regardless.
