Patriots' Rob Gronkowski: Will not play Sunday

Gronkowski (hamstring) will not play Sunday against the Dolphins, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.

Analysis:

Gronkowski was a limited participant in practice this week, but he apparently wasn't able to do enough to warrant playing Sunday. While Gronkowski's absence theoretically opens up more potential targets for Martellus Bennett, the latter only caught three passes for 14 yards in the opener without the former.
