Dolphins' Foster won't play Sunday vs. Browns

Miami Dolphins running back Arian Foster won't play in Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns due to a groin injury suffered in Week 2, head coach Adam Gase announced Friday.

Foster was unable to practice throughout the week, and was reportedly a long shot to play, with the Dolphins likely being cautious with the veteran.

Miami should turn to Jay Ajayi to carry the load against Cleveland, but after an unimpressive start to the season for the second-year back, Kenyan Drake and Damien Williams could also see substantial snaps.

Foster has 109 total yards through two games, but is struggling to run effectively, averaging 2.9 yards per carry.
