Vikings' Sam Bradford: No starting QB named, but Bradford ready
Vikings head coach Brad Zimmer said he won't name his starting quarterback until Sunday, but also that Bradford is ready to start. "He could; Shaun [Hill]'s ready to go too," he told the Minneapolis Star Tribune.
Analysis:
There have been several reports that Bradford took the most snaps with the first-team offense this week, but Zimmer hasn't made anything official. It seems likely the Vikings will give Bradford the start in Week 2 after paying a high price to acquire him. There's some possibility that HIll's performance in last week's win could delay Bradford's debut, but most observers expect Bradford to start.
