Colts' Andrew Luck: Monster game in loss to Detroit

Luck completed 31-of-47 passes for 385 yards and four touchdowns in Sunday's 39-35 loss to Detroit. He also rushed three times for 21 yards.

Analysis:

Luck was quiet early on, until he tossed a short touchdown pass to Donte Moncrief right before halftime. The young QB then threw three scores in the second half, including what looked to be the game-winning touchdown in the final minute. Matthew Stafford led the Lions on a field-goal drive though, somewhat ruining Luck's first game of the season. He seemed to get more comfortable as the game went on, utilizing speedster Phillip Dorsett more in the second half on longer routes. There were rumors that Luck was dealing with some sort of shoulder injury, but he wasn't on the injury report, and showed no problems Sunday. He'll likely have a tougher time next week at Denver.
