Browns' Justin Gilbert: Doesn't practice Tuesday

Analysis:

Gilbert suffered a concussion during the team's third preseason game on Aug. 27 and has yet to clear concussion protocol. He finds himself behind Joe Haden on the depth chart, and unless the former Pro Bowler goes down with an injury, that's highly unlikely to change. The 2014 first-round pick has struggled to live up to his draft hype so far in his young career, registering just 35 total tackles and one interception in 23 games.
