Report: Cowboys place Jaylon Smith on non-football injury list

The Dallas Cowboys placed linebacker Jaylon Smith on the reserve/non-football injury list, according to ESPN's Todd Archer.
As a result, Smith will miss the season's first six weeks.
Smith suffered devastating ACL and MCL injuries during last year's Fiesta Bowl against Ohio State, and underwent surgery in January to repair both ligaments.
The rookie signed a four-year contract with the Cowboys in May.
