Baltimore Ravens running back Kenneth Dixon avoided a season-ending knee injury after leaving Friday's preseason game.
The fourth-round rookie suffered a torn MCL that will not require surgery and is expected to miss four weeks, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Dixon figured to have a role in the Ravens' offense behind Justin Forsett, but will have to work his way back into the mix alongside Buck Allen and Terrance West when he's able to return.
