Jets' David Harris: Suffers shoulder injury

Harris left Saturday's preseason game against the Giants after suffering a shoulder injury late in the first half, and he will undergo tests Sunday to help determine the severity, Newsday reports.

Analysis:

Harris hasn't missed a game since 2008, and his absence would be a huge blow to the Jets' defense heading into Week 1 against the Bengals. He was highly unlikely to play in the final preseason game, so while he'll have a little time to recover, it looks like he could be limited once the regular season starts, if he's ready.
