The Tampa Bay Buccaneers' offense looked to be in mid-season form during Friday's preseason game against the Cleveland Browns.

In the first half the Bucs ran up a 27-10 lead on the strength of quarterback Jameis Winston's arm, leaving little doubt about the offense progressing in year two of the first overall pick's career.

Winston completed 16-of-25 passes for 259 yards and two touchdowns during the first half, capping off the performance with a 34-yard touchdown to wide receiver Mike Evans.

Winston also looked good when flushed from the pocket, keeping his eyes downfield as he scrambled, and it seems as though he's added yet another dimension to his game over the offseason.

It's good news for Bucs fans who may have been put off by Winston's 3-of-10 for 28 yards, an interception, and a touchdown performance in Week 2 of the preseason.

Th Bucs' top two receivers also looked good. Evans continued to show off his growing rapport with Winston, catching five passes for 115 yards and a touchdown - his second of the preseason - while Vincent Jackson caught four passes for 78 yards.
