Dolphins' DeVante Parker: Has quiet night in Thursday victory
Parker secured two of four targets for eight yards in Thursday's 17-6 preseason victory over the Falcons.
Analysis:
The 2015 No. 1 pick took a back seat to both Kenny Stills and Jarvis Landry, coming in third in catches and targets to both players. Parker has had a relatively quiet summer after dealing with a hamstring issue and then sitting out the Dolphins' first preseason game. He now has four receptions for 24 yards over the last two weeks, but is slated to be a focal point of the offense, particularly downfield, once the regular campaign kicks off.
