Texans' Braxton Miller: Doesn't practice Wednesday

Analysis:
The rookie wideout was present at the Methodist Training Center, standing on the sideline with other wideouts. Houston head coach Bill O'Brien downplayed it, telling reporters that Miller's day off was "a little rest day," suggesting he'll be available for this week's preseason game against the Cardinals. Miller has seven catches for 69 yards in two preseason games.
