Suspended Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Justin Blackmon will avoid jail time after pleading guilty to DUI, according to multiple reports.

Blackmon reportedly received a one-year suspended sentence and 100 hours of community service after completing court-ordered alcohol abuse courses.

It was his third DUI arrest in six years.

Blackmon remains suspended by the league and would have to be reinstated by the commissioner in order to resume his career. His last reinstatement request was denied in May 2015.

A once-promising prospect, the fifth overall pick in the 2012 draft caught 93 passes for 1,280 yards and six touchdowns over the first 20 games of his career.
