Tennessee Titans tight end Craig Stevens is retiring after eight seasons, multiple sources confirmed Tuesday.

Stevens spent his entire career with the Titans after being selected in the third round of the 2008 NFL Draft out of California.

Last season, Stevens made 11 starts, recording 12 receptions for 121 yards and two touchdowns. Stevens was primarily used as a blocker throughout his career.

Stevens re-signed with the Titans on a one-year, $2-million contract in February.
