Demaryius Thomas shuts down Josh Norman with SB ring

In a recent interview with ESPN The Magazine, Washington Redskins cornerback Josh Norman went off on an array of topics, but one in particular struck a nerve with a certain Denver Broncos receiver.

Norman claimed he shut down Demaryius Thomas while playing for the Carolina Panthers in Super Bowl 50.

"I don't know what he was out there for," Norman said, according to Cameron Wolfe of the Denver Post. "He was supposed to be an all-world guy, and I shut him down."

Norman's claim isn't wrong as Thomas made just one catch for eight yards, but he still lost the game, a fact Thomas was kind enough to remind him of.
