Report: Multiple teams inquiring about Gordon; Browns not interested

Tim Fuller / USA TODAY Sports

Multiple NFL teams have contacted the Cleveland Browns to inquire about the availability of recently reinstated wide receiver Josh Gordon, sources told Adam Schefter of ESPN.

The Browns, however, are not looking to move Gordon, a team source told Schefter.

Gordon was reinstated on a conditional basis after missing the entire 2015 campaign, and will be available to play in Week 5 following a four-game ban to start the regular season.

The 25-year-old is arguably one of the league's most talented wideouts, but due to his disciplinary history and the subsequent risks that come with possible future incidents, his trade value is uncertain.

It's likely teams are testing how committed the Browns are to him, hoping to get a potential All-Pro receiver at a bargain price.
