Browns' Haden impressed by Gordon's return to form: 'It's just crazy'

Cornerback Joe Haden wasn't ready for Josh Gordon's return.

The Cleveland Browns wide receiver rejoined his teammates for practice last week, and took only days to work his way into the first-team offense.

Haden had some idea of what Gordon might be capable of after being present for the receiver's 1,646-yard performance in 2013, but he wasn't expecting such a quick return to form.

"He still looks the exact same and it's just crazy,'' Haden told Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com. "He looks a little bigger. I don't know how that happened, but he's still out there running around, looking the same, running his routes, floating. It still looks effortless."

Head coach Hue Jackson had mentioned before that he felt Gordon needed to lose some weight, which explains Haden's confusion, but, according to the two-time Pro-Bowl corner, "a little bigger" might work well for the receiver.

Considering these comments and Gordon's chemistry with quarterback Robert Griffin III, the preseason emergence of Terrelle Pryor, and the selection of Corey Coleman in the first round, the Browns could have a surprisingly effective passing attack.
